My wife and I fished Cranberry Lake at Deception Pass State Park on Sunday April 23, 2006 at about 11:00 am. We slow trolled triple teasers, (light green w/ dark green specks on one side, white on the other), on about 3 foot leaders behind a small swivel, and one small split shot. We limited in 2 hours. The bulk of these fish are near the middle of the lake, parallel to the entrance to the camp ground. All were RB plants except one 17 inch carryover. We both missed some strikes and each had a fish to the boat that spit the hook. The 17 inch fish was baked that evening and tasted great, not muddy, which was nice and as many will agree, somewhat unusual. This lake is a nice alternative to opening day lakes that will likely be packed. I have fished this lake using the above method and lure for over 25 years and have had consistent results nearly every time out. We watched others bait fishing from shore with no results and others trolling who caught a fish or two but did not see continuous action as we did. Give this lure and area of the lake a try in the next tow or three weeks and you will not be disappointed. Good luck
