My wife and I fished Cranberry Lake this morning. We were on the water at 10:00 am and off the lake at 11:00 am with 10 RB. We had one double header, both landed, and fishing was excellent. There were two other boats on the entire lake. One fishing along the roadway near the Camping entrance. The other was near the public pier end of the lake which is shallow. We fished in 14 feet of water, directly across from the entrance to the campground. Fish Finder showed lots of fish. Water temp was 66 F. This lake is receiving little pressure and fishing is excellent if you know where to fish and what to use. Once again we were using a green Dick Nite spoon 3 to 4 feet of 3lb test leader, one swivel, one small split shot.
