went out to loon to do some boating and some fishing. If you go into shallow water you can catch crappie, perch, and sometimes even a bass. We tried still fishing about six, with worms and marshmellows. No luck. Then we tried trolling for kokanee for about an hour and a half. we used leaded line , let out about 3 1/2 to 4 colors, using flashers with weddingrings with maggots and some with worms. We had maybe 2 or 3 strikes, with no hook-ups. We decided we would go do a little more still fishing before we had to go. So we stop at a point, in about 25 feet of water. I was using two orange mellows and a worm, i dropped down to the bottom, and within 30 seconds, i had a 15 inch rainbow trout. We caught 2 other small rainbows in about 15 minutes.

****I would really like it if someone could tell me how, and when to catch the kokanee in this lake, Please. Also if anyone out there knows how to catch the mackinaw/ or the rainbows, PLEASE send a report out and tell me how**** Thanks
