Arrived at the lake around 9:30am after a futile visit to Lake Sammamish. Casting primarily plastics, working the docks, pads, and best of all, the available structure. I had my first bass within ten minutes. After that, the action was pretty steady. The largest one caught was about two pounds. However, I lost one that was at least twice as large. I managed to work all the way down to the canal leading to Little Beaver and paid a visit. Action was pretty slow in the small lake; caught two but not of any significant size. This was the most productive day I've ever had here for bass; a dozen landed and just as many lost. all on plastics. I'd recommend starting earlier in the morning or late evening. By 1:30, the bite had gone off.
