Hit the river below sfcc at 7 pm fished until dark. Lot of surface activity after about 8 pm. Caught 2 9 to 10 inch rainbow .

Went to please flats found the fish working the surface. Used a royal simulator casting to rising fish caught 2 about 10 inches. River seems more disable as the water level lowers.
