Went to Silver to catch some panfish. Caught 22 big Gills, 13 perch, and decided to try for largemouth next. Got 3, largest was 2.99 lbs.
Not a bad way to spend a freezing cold morning.

The perch are biting good at dusk and dawn with the biggest one around 9-10 inches. The ice is about 5 inches thick out from the boat launch but is to thin to fish around the point. Tight lines!

Fished from sun up till 11, caught 26 perch in 41 to 44 ft. Bite is steady at times then slow. Moved around to find fish. Used swedish pimple with perch eye.

Two friends and I fished 4hours and caught 60 to 70 perch in about 46ft. of water. Sweedish pimple with maggots or fish eye worked well. Fishing was spotty at times,but fairly steady.

I fished from 7 to 10 am., caught perch consistently from 7 to 9,slowed down from 9 to 10. I ended up with 30 nice perch. Two friends fished from 1 to 4 and caught 38. Fished out from access in 44 ft....

The ice is about 5 to 6 inches out from access. Caught lots of fish in 44ft of water. Nice sunny day, but cold! Good luck.

Went to the lake to see if the ice had melted. IT'S GONE. launched the boat no proble. windy and cold. used rapal and wiggle wart. no bites but was nice to have the boat out.

Got out at around 5 am, lots of little bites on a 3/0 hook with black and silver senko worms but got nothing, around 7:30am started tossing some spinnerbait and hooked up with this little guy.
