Great day of fishing with the kids. The kids caught 10 smallmouths five each. They were throwing gitzits from shore. All fish were released.

Me and a buddy launched at Alan Yorke Park around noon. was pretty slow but when we did hook up they were nice size. caught a nice 5lb smallmouth on a wedding ring tipped with nightcrawler

Caught this one with about 2 other pounders, didn't have a tape measure or scale but figure it to be around 4 or 5 pounds. Just using a worm, big ones are lurking.
