Went to island lake to do some bass fishing caught 30 to 35 bass biggest being 2 pounds and caught 6 or 7 perch. all caught on a hula grub and released

fished all day with lots of small ones, then got a nice 4 pound largemouth in the weeds got him on a 6 inch plastic worm texas rigged. good fighter.

April 17 fished for 6 hours with no hits. I did not see one fish all day water temp was 53dg bright sun no wind. It was better then being at work.
