Started fishing at 6:30am had lot's of strikes and we caught 8 fish. Four of them were nice holdovers 12"to 14". We trolled wedding rings with power bait. Good Fishing Great Lake!

Fished nearby Spencer Lake with no luck for 2 hours, then dropped into Phillips for late opening day. Immediately hooked up on the first pass along the right shoreline as you leave the boat launch. ...
