For those who do like perch, the hedges have been promising. Although I did fish in about 32 feet of water today more towards the middle of the south end and had very good luck.

Fished Lake Goodwin w/ my buddy today. We caught 5 bass total, all on fire tiger rattle raps. All smallmouth around 2lbs. Caught around points w/ rocky bottoms.

The lake is a bit slow but if you keep moving till you find the big perch schools you'll have your 100 perch in no time. and you will hook an occasional holdover rainbow. That is always nice on an ult...
