Wow great day out on the lake launching requires a 4x4 and it is shallow so watch your props. Lots of kokes spotted but we fished for mac's. Limited within 2hours, 6 fish between 6 and 9 pounds.

The water has cleaned up considerably since 2 weeks ago. Fish schools are far a few between. Fished the north east end and south east end. Had one bite. used spoons and herring with dodger/flasher.

the family and i spent 4th of July at blue lake. lots of fish trout as other species was killed off a coupler of years ago. I recommend suspended fishing from a boat. other than that you be best fishi...
