Shake down trip to start 2021! The boat got cleaned after being under a tarp all winter. I'll be glad to someday have it inside during winter.

Launched out of Newport with JoAnn and our dogs. Trailer lights worked.. All motors starting and running fine. Arrived at the south end of Mercer Island and started a relaxing morning searching for the koks. Worked around and up the west side of Mercer Island, over to the orth end of Seward Park. Finished trolling the north side of I90 bridge. Saw plenty of marks on the fish finder but no fish in the net. Fished until 1230 and called it a day.

Nice day on the water, good to see everything still working. We hae plenty of adventures planned so not a big deal that this day was a pleasant boat ride.

Glad you and the family were able to get out and the boat wet! Even better all green lights on everything but a fish but hey, they will come!

found one thing I needed to do - all the latches are starting to stiffen up. I gave them all a good shot of Blaster to loosen them up.

I had the exact same experience last week in the north end of the lake. Tons of good-looking meter marks but no nibbles. Hopefully warmer temps will get things going.
