Had a nice visit from my Cousin and her BF so since they both love fishing I would take them out for the day. I offered a day of dropping the crab pots and either Trolling for Salmon or a fun day bait dropping for Flounder. They choose Salmon so the nearest place for us was the Bubble.

Dropped the pots and went around in circles with 40 other boats that had the same great idea we did. LOL. Many changes and baits from Spoons, Herring and hootchies produced. Nothing.

The soak brought up 15 crabs in one trap. One female and 13 small males. I went from WOW to Whoa? you could tell it was heavy harvest from the weekend when all that was left was very small males. Second trap the same but not as much. One keeper

So ran over to the inside of the raceway and dropped them again. Got a nice ten limit for two of us and a great amount of fun catching rock flounders. I wish we could have found some Stary Flounder but not a single one.

I was out saturday crabbing and trolling the Bubble. Zero salmon and 12 crab for 2 hrs of effort. Our 2 pots we dropped around 50ft where the majority of other pots were at only had 2 keepers, and the two pots we dropped in 100-120 had 5 in each. Noticed the same thing around everett, so im gonna rig all my pots with 200ft of line.
