Went fishing Sun. w/ a 10 yr old and her Gramps, we caught 19 fish up to 3.15 lbs. Had a ball. Caught mainly on lizards and sour bigger ones were caught on tubes.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND GIVING LAKE WHATCOM A TRY FOR BASS AND PERCH. FOR SUCH A DECENT SIZED LAKE, THERE REALLY ISN'T VERY MUCH TRAFFIC OR WATER SKIING.

1st time to the lake.
The small fish and game launch at the south end of the lake sucks. Not much parking, Ramp is shallow, no dock.
But with that being said. I was able to launch with few problems....
