Fished Ballinger from 10-2. Got a few bites on a power egg/worm combo but no takers. I guess the fish didn't like the fog. Also tried Greenlake for a bit afterwards with no luck.

I fished for about an hour at 5pm and then again at around 8pm. The first hour, I caught a 14 inch rainbow on power bait with a worm. The second hour I hooked a 12 inch catfish using the same setup....

Friend and I went to Ballinger yesterday. Spent about 6 hours and caught 6 trout. We had the lake to basically to ourselves, all in all a fun day.
