Got to the Palouse river exactly noon. It was very hot out and so is the action. We fished till 730pm. Total =42 cats from 2-15lbs. We used perch and blue gill meat for bait.

Today has to be the best day of my life . Although fishing was slow and got 1 fish but i scored big time today. The fish measured at 16 3/4 inches. I didn't have a scale to weigh, but felt like 3lbs.

Got lake at 3pm. Very windy, cloudy, no rain tho. Got 2 fat perchs, released. Got 6 fat crappies. It starting toget dark real quick bc of the daylight saving time. Left at 440pm
